Eevolver’s 3D Set and Production Design team is lead by industry veteran, Richard Holland. Richard’s Production Design experience spans several decades and includes both multimillion dollar feature films as well as smaller independent films. Richard combines his creative expertise and hands-on experience with technology to support a new 3D art department.
Our Production design process includes 2D Drawings of the set design. We then build them in 3D, which allows for precise communication and collaboration between our design team the construction supervisors and producer.
Once the drawings are in 3D, we make modifications and decisions creatively and interactively before beginning physical construction. Having the ability to virtually fly-through a set allows the Director, Producer, and construction crews to more efficiently schedule and prioritize set construction.
Our 3D sets include all of the dimensions required to produce working drawings along with production notes to better guide the construction supervisors to construct an exact replica of the 3D digital set.
